Claire Dennington




Claire is a PhD-fellow at AHO and part of the Centre for Service Innovation. Through her PhD-project she will explore the transition from brand strategy to customer experience to extract, identify and find means of experientially exemplifying the customers experience across multiple touch-points, to help support New Service Development teams when developing new services that successfully communicate the brand proposition. She is specifically interested in what constructs meaningful experiences in the third generation experience economy and the consequences for service brands of consumers shifting towards becoming both consumers and producers.

Claire gained her MA in Service Design from AHO in 2007 and has since then worked within graphic and service design, branding, concept development and copywriting in both the Norwegian high-street fashion industry and as a freelancer. She has been involved in several Oslo based social startups, and runs Prefall – an online fashion re-use marketplace.
