Helge is an assistant professor at Aalesund University College with a master in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a master in Information Technology from Aalborg University. He has given lectures in a wide range of subjects like electrical installations on- and offshore, power electronics and electrical machinery, computer networking and network security, interaction design and human computer interaction (HCI).
Helge is today a PhD-fellow at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design participating in the project Ulstein Bridge Concept (UBC). His main interest is Design-Driven Innovation, focusing on how conceptual design can be a mediator in the creation of new visions and proposals for theĀ entire offshore ship bridge.
